These recipes are the first of their kind.

They have been reformatted to align
the instructions with the way your
brain actually processes information.
I applied scientific findings
about cognitive processes in order
to create these unique recipes.
These are called CID formats –
            an acronym for
Cognitive-based Information Design.

CID recipes make it easier to:

Identify ingredients &
Follow directions.

In order to help as many stressed cooks as possible, please ‘share’ with your family, friends, neighbors and anyone you know who could use less stress in the kitchen.

I’d luv to hear from you.

What do you think about this new recipe format?

Have you tried using one (or two)?

BTW – constructive criticism is welcome.
Negative, snarky comments will be ignored.

To date, my experience is that most people like them, but some prefer the traditional recipe format.  And that’s fine.  Use the format that makes your life better.

I hope you find the formats easier to follow &
enjoy some of my favorite recipes* as well!
